Maps and social most days? 5 GB is $17. More streaming? 12 GB is $28. Prefer never thinking about data? Unlimited is $36. Every plan includes unlimited talk and text, so the only choice is how much data you want. You see the advertised price before you pay, in English or Spanish.
Truly bilingual
English and Spanish get the same care—not a thinner translation bolted on later. The same pages, the same prices, the same guest checkout, the same help. Switch languages anywhere on the site and keep your place and your selected plan. Prefer Spanish at home and English at work? Use whichever fits the moment. Support follows the language you choose, so you never have to explain yourself twice to get a straight answer about plans, payments, or your number.
Keep your number
Your number is how people reach you. At checkout, check “Keep my number,” tell us the number to transfer, and optionally your current carrier. After you pay on Stripe’s secure page, a customer service agent calls you to collect what your current carrier needs—account ID and transfer PIN—by phone, never on this website. Keep your current service active until the transfer completes. Requesting a transfer is a request, not a promise of a specific date before the agent reviews it.
Community partners
Local dealers and affiliates help bring Comprende to their neighborhoods—phone counters, bodegas, creators, and community orgs who already know the people they serve. Enrolled dealer customers get 10% off every plan. Partners earn a 25% SPIFF on the grand total for 6 months, paid monthly on activated lines.
